Pastoral StaffIn the fall of 1995, the Slaters were sent to "The Lighthouse Santa Rosa" as temporary pastors. In January of 1996, just three months from their time of arrival, membership had grown from 8 to 50 people. Many were coming to know Jesus Christ and it was clear that God was up to something. The Foursquare leadership that had sent them out suggested temporary should become permanent and God has been blessing their church ever since. Today the church has grown and has a number of home groups meeting weekly.

Kel and Mary have long been involved in ministry, serving in Men's and Women's ministry, as home group leaders, prison ministry throughout most of the 1990's at San Quentin Prison, and for many years at the Redwood Gospel Mission. Pastor Kel had Bible training through the Hope Chapel extension of Life Pacific College and continues now through Foursquare Bible studies program. They are also actively involved in the ministry of the Pastor's Prayer Fellowship of the Church of Sonoma County California.

Roy and Maryjo Rowen joined the Lighthouse in 2002. He has been an ordained minister over 25 years and started his pastoral ministry with Glad Tidings Church in South Lake Tahoe. In 1985 Roy and his family arrived in Santa Rosa pastoring a church plant. Today Roy is the Lighthouse Associate Pastor. He and Maryjo lead a vibrant and fruitful home group and serve in various capacities.

Russ and Terry Clifford joined the Lighthouse in 2008. Russ is currently serving as Associate Pastor. Russ and Terry are serving as the NextGen Pastors, leading the "Ground Zero" youth meetings on Wednesday nights. Pastor Russ has served the body of Christ as a Senior Pastor, an Associate Pastor, Men's Pastor and Youth Pastor. Terry is a newly licensed Foursquare minister and has worked with youth and women's ministry, hospitality and administrative support.

 Prayer Force Pastor Heidi Jorgensen |
Heidi serves the Lighthouse as the leader of our intercession team. In addition, she has ministered in Russia and other areas of Eastern Europe, as well as South America and Africa, where she has a passion for orphans and the development of water wells. Heidi contends for salvation, healing and deliverance to those she ministers to, representing Jesus, ministering the full gospel. She is multi-talented and a real blessing to the Lighthouse family and the church at large.
